Do commentators on this issue even consider whether invitations were extended to the ‘holiday member-states’?
Or whether, this group of holiday-maker member-states (who, let’s face it, all “partied”) or even ‘available’ for summits ….. taking place during their summer-holidays?
That their politicians and representatives are enjoying their time off so much…. that they haven’t even been able to muster up the wherewithal to ‘make a statement’ on these events?
